This means Tecogen’s local service technicians start each day with their service vehicles fully stocked with all the parts they’re likely to need for the day’s planned maintenance work. And they can obtain special parts quickly nearby, for any unexpected repairs.

Parts are carefully documented and numbered in spare parts lists for each product.
