A Clean Energy Solution for Today and Tomorrow

The InVerde e+ module is the first and only clean natural gas engine-driven CHP system able to operate within the extremely low levels of regulated pollutants allowed by the distributed generation regulations for 2007 set by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). The InVerde e+ emissions not only meet but exceed the stringent CARB 2007 regulations by utilizing our technology developed under a California Energy Commission (CEC) sponsored research program.

InVerde e+ is an improved CHP that leaves an even smaller ecological footprint. Each newly designed unit is tested by an industry-standard 15-minute emissions test measuring the levels of both NOx and CO versus time. The measurements are well below the CARB compliance limits, averaging less than 1ppm.

Cutting Edge Technology

All of our Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems use cutting edge technology to generate electrical power, along with thermal power recovered from the natural gas engine. Though a valuable source of energy, thermal power is usually lost in electrical production in the form of waste heat. However, captured and recycled waste heat can be repurposed and used for energy intensive heating processes, such as space heat or for domestic hot water, providing a free valuable resource that saves customers money continuously.


The most common applications for the InVerde e+ are facilities that have concurrent and consistent electric and heating loads and ownership that values strong building resiliency while generating savings day after day.


Ultera Emissions Control

Ultera® -ultra-low emissions system reduces the emissions of harmful criterial pollutants (including, CO, NOx, and hydrocarbons) to near-zero fuel-cell equivalent levels - making Ultera-enhanced equipment compliant with the strictest air quality regulations in the country. The Ultera system can be selected for any of our products or purchased as a retrofit for your already existing natural-gas fueled system.
