Remote Monitoring Capability

TecoNet™ ... a state-of-the-art microprocessor-based system, has been specially developed for engine control. It provides fully automatic operation of the chiller, precise PID control of the building chilled water temperature, and fault monitoring. Its sophisticaion is unique in that it is a fully integrated system that monitors and controls both the engine and the refrigeration system concurrently, unlike some systems that have separate engine and chiller control panels.

TECOCHILL^® gas engine-driven chiller product line consists of distinct series of products ranging from 50 to 400 tons. The RT, STx, and DTx models are equipped with the TecoDrive 7400 series V8 engine. Both water-cooled and air-cooled models are available.

TECOGEN Service: -- We pride ourselves not only on our commitment to quality products, but also on our after-sales support and service. Chiller service contracts range in scope from engine-only to full chiller responsibility. All chillers are supplied with a Remote Monitoring and Control System (RMCS) and have a call out feature to notify Tecogen of any alarms. Every chiller equipped with a phone line is called from our headquarters between the hours of 6am and 8am.
